Meridian Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, and provide excellent front-desk service at our Charlotte community.

The role requires weekend availability, strong customer service skills, and a compassionate approach to working with seniors. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook is expected, along with a commitment to Meridian policies and privacy standards.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Must practice and promote Meridian Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Core Values and Founding Principles.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner, in-person or over the phone.
• Be the first contact guests have when they enter the community.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate team members.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and professional front-desk presence.
• Support residents, families, and staff with courteous service.
