Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge/Receptionist at our Woodmere community. You will be the first contact for guests, residents, and families, greeting them warmly in person or by phone while maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with information, coordinating with staff, and upholding Meridian policies. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can read/write English, and cares about elderly residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service role.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, family members, and visitors.
• Must be honest, dependable, and respect confidentiality.
• Must care for elderly residents and uphold Meridian policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person or on the phone in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner.
• Be the first contact guests have when entering the community and create a welcoming environment.
• Support residents and families with information and directions as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations while maintaining confidentiality.
