Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Concierge/Receptionist to warmly greet guests and manage front-desk duties in our community. You will handle calls, assist residents, and create a welcoming atmosphere for families and visitors.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent English communication, and the flexibility to work weekends. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience answering telephones in a customer service role.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and serve as the first point of contact in person or by phone.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and route messages efficiently.
• Maintain a welcoming front-desk environment and assist residents and families as needed.
