Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage team operations in absence of Director of Concierge Services.
• Serve as communication contact between management and staff.
• Lead team during evening/weekend emergencies.
• Provide professional valet services to residents and guests.
• Assist residents in emergency situations and respond to calls.
