Job summary

Sarasota Bay Club, LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Night Shift Concierge/Security to join our waterfront senior retirement community. This FT role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus and 11p-7a shifts, with a focus on professional valet services, resident assistance, and security.

You will help with packages, park and retrieve vehicles, manage keys, and support concierge staff. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid Florida driver's license, and at least one year in customer service;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service.
• Previous valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional valet services to residents and guests.
• Help with packages and carts, including delivery to residents' units.
• Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles; maintain key and security controls.
• Assist residents and guests with vehicles as needed (battery charger, contacting AAA).
• Provide support to concierge staff (answer calls, deliver mail, packages, prescriptions).
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary job duties include:

• Provide professional, efficient valet services to residents and guests.
• Help with packages, carts, etc., including the delivery of packages to residents’ units.
• Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles, maintain proper key and security controls.
