Job summary

Sarasota Bay Club, a waterfront senior retirement community in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Night Shift Concierge/Security to join our team. This full-time role runs 11pm–7am with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Excellent wages and a path to a rewarding career are offered.

Primary duties include providing valet service to residents and guests, assisting with packages, and maintaining security controls. Requirements include a HS diploma and a valid FL driver's license, with 1+ year in customer service;

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Valet experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient valet services to residents and guests.
• Assist with packages, carts, and delivery of items to residents’ units.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; maintain key and security controls.
• Assist residents/guests with vehicles and contact support when needed.
• Support concierge staff with calls, mail, packages, prescriptions, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary job duties include:

• Provide professional, efficient valet services to residents and guests.


• Help with packages, carts, etc., including the delivery of packages to residents’ units.


• Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles, maintain proper key and security controls.


• Assist residents and guests with vehicles as needed, i.e. assisting with battery charger, contacting AAA.


• Provide support to concierge staff as needed, including answering calls, delivering mail, packages, prescriptions, etc.


• Other duties as assigned.

Required education/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with a safe driving record.


• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service.


• Previous Valet experience preferred.
