Pear Valley Senior Living – Central Point, OR is seeking a friendly Weekend Concierge/Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support sales and the business office. Qualifications

• Experience in greeting visitors and handling inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with residents, families, and team members.
• Comfort with phones, messages, and basic clerical tasks.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and work with flexibility in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents in a warm, professional manner and manage lobby flow.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and business office.
• Support Life Enrichment, Marketing, and accounting tasks as needed (events, mail, invoices).
• Monitor lobby area for cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment.
• Represent the community by upholding values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun.
