Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking a Weekend Concierge to greet tenants, guests and vendors, ensuring a welcoming, secure environment at our Philadelphia property. This part-time role runs Saturday and Sunday, 4pm-12am, with hourly pay of $16.50.

You will build relationships, coordinate reservations, plan on-site events, guide guests to local attractions, and manage mail and access control. Candidates need 3+ years in customer service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Warm, welcoming demeanor for everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.
