Planned Companies seeks a Weekend Concierge in Washington, DC to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors at the lobby, provide directions, and coordinate services for a high-quality building experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and vendors and provide directions upon entry.
• Schedule reservations and coordinate with restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events and access services.
• Provide local recommendations for entertainment, dining, and transportation.
• Document mail, deliveries, and vendor services; monitor lobby and access control.
