The Ridge Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge / Receptionist for weekend shifts. You will be the welcoming face and brand ambassador for residents, families and visitors, handling inquiries and coordinating tours.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate office or resident apartment.
• Ensure residents, staff, family and visitors follow community health protocols; record temperatures as needed.
• Assist residents, families and guests with general requests.
• Arrange property tours for visitors or appointments.
• Answer phones, route messages, and relay information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of services and programs at the property.
• Handle mail and packages and related office tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
