Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Concierge for Saturday and Sunday shifts at our Texas communities. The role is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers, requiring a professional, courteous demeanor and efficient handling of inquiries.

Key duties include greeting, phone management, mail handling, and coordinating with marketing and staff. The position involves documentation, residency support, and basic administrative tasks as part of a dynamic property operations

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Basic typing and computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Visitor Greeting: Welcome visitors with a professional demeanor and sign-in.
• Community Representation: Serve as a friendly ambassador and refer inquiries to marketing.
• Phone Management: Answer calls, direct to staff, and maintain contact logs.
• Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute mail, coordinate outgoing mail.
• Administrative Assistance: Help with resident statements, invoicing, and AP coding.
• Office Support: Manage office supplies and rosters.
• Emergency Response: Follow protocols and assist in emergencies.
• Community Tours: Provide tours to prospective residents when needed.
• Clerical Tasks: Type, file, and perform general clerical duties.
• Training & Compliance: Complete required training and attend meetings.
• Other Duties: Perform tasks as directed by supervisor.
