Mountain Glen is seeking a Weekend Concierge to help create a welcoming environment for residents and their families. You will support multiple departments, greet guests, handle calls and messages, and assist with tours and admissions to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with residents, families, and staff, along with payroll processing and file maintenance. A positive, professional presence and good judgment are essential to representing Cascade Living well.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
• Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time.
• Ownership attitude and is able to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour.
• Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Manage, maintain and process payroll.
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
