Cascade Living Group is seeking a Concierge for Mountain Glen (Independent and Assisted Living) to welcome residents and families and to support multiple departments. You’ll build relationships with residents, families, and staff while promoting the community’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and coordinate with sales for tours.
• Answer calls and deliver messages.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Manage, maintain and process payroll.
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to standards and state regulations.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure brochures and move‑in packets are ready for tours and admissions.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.

As the Concierge at Mountain Glen, we’re looking for you to create a welcoming environment and play an important role when it comes to creating the overall culture of the community. In addition to building relationships with our residents and their families, you’ll also be relied upon to help out other departments in variety of different ways.

What you can expect to do as a Concierge:

• Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages

• Process accounts receivable and payable
• Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move‑in packets ready for tours and admissions

Certification Requirements:

• CPR Certification

$17.13 - $19.13/hour
*Depending on Experience
