Job summary

The Claiborne Senior Living community at Johns Creek is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of our campus. You will greet residents, families and visitors, handle front desk inquiries, and support everyday operations with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy, caring environment. Weekend availability is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the front desk and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.
• Coordinate transportation requests for residents.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies.
• Manage packages and deliveries.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as assigned.
