Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of our senior living community. You will greet residents, families, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth front desk experience.

This role supports daily operations, answers calls, coordinates transportation, assists with events, and maintains an organized workspace. Strong communication, multitasking, and a professional presence are essential to delivering outstanding resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the front desk and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.
• Coordinate transportation requests for residents.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed.
