Job summary

The Claiborne at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, including rooms, common areas, and offices; follow infection control protocols; assist with laundry; and provide friendly, respectful service while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
