The Claiborne at Johns Creek is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our senior living community. You will greet residents, families, guests, and team members, creating a warm, professional front desk experience.

Respond to inquiries, manage phone calls, coordinate transportation, and assist with events. Strong communication, reliability, and a teamwork mindset are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming workspace.
• Coordinate transportation requests for residents.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies.
• Manage packages and deliveries.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as assigned.
