Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of our senior living community. You will create a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

Greet visitors with warmth, manage calls, coordinate transportation and events, and uphold a knowledgeable, organized reception area while supporting leadership with administrative tasks. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the front desk and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.
• Coordinate transportation requests for residents.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies.
• Manage packages and deliveries.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as assigned.
