Requires at least 3 years of security command center experience and an active Virginia DCJS Security License. Pay is $32.58 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and 401k plans for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of scheduling or operations support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Accept, review, and execute client work orders for scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor and respond to calls, alarms, and operational communications.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, supervisors, and management.
• Document events through reports and logs (shift reports, incident reports, etc.).
• Guide security personnel during routine and emergency situations.
• Handle confidential information and urgent incident details.
• Oversee portfolio-wide scheduling, timekeeping, and clock-in/clock-out accuracy.
• Place uniform orders for the portfolio per requirements.
• Perform compliance code entry and issue completion certificates.
