Allied Universal is hiring a Command Center Operator in the Alexandria, VA area for weekend, part-time shifts. The role supports scheduling, communications, and real-time operations for a high-profile client, acting as the central liaison among field personnel, supervision, and leadership.

Must have 3 years of security command center experience and an active Virginia DCJS Security License. Pay is $32.58 per hour with weekend availability and VA license requirement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in scheduling or operations support preferred (min 1 year).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Accept, review, and execute work orders to support scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor and respond to calls, alarms, and operational communications.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, supervisors, and management.
• Document events through shift reports, logs, and incident reports.
• Provide guidance to security personnel during routine and emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Handle complaints and critical event information promptly.
• Oversee portfolio-wide scheduling and timekeeping, ensuring clock-in/out accuracy and alignment between client and Allied schedules.
• Place uniform orders according to eligibility, sizing, and requirements.
• Perform compliance code entry and issue completion certificates to employees.
