Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ITAR US person status is required.
• Experience editing CNC programs is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints with GD&T tolerance is preferred.
• Strong math background and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up parts in CNC machines without assistance or supervision.
• Change tools, adjust heights and tool offsets for quality output.
• Inspect parts during machining to ensure conformance to specs.
• Follow all job work order instructions and procedures.
• Operate more than one machine where cycle time allows.
• Complete shop floor documentation and reports as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report issues to maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping policies.
