Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is seeking motivated CNC mill operators for the weekend day shift. You will run milling machines, inspect parts, and maintain quality and safety standards while documenting results. Prior CNC milling experience and a Machine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing) are preferred.

The role emphasizes precise workmanship, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum CNC mill machining experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Machine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing).

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC milling machine and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Follow work orders, inspection procedures, and documentation.
• Run more than one machine when cycle time allows.
• Complete shop floor documentation for parts and inspections.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
