Job summary

ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking motivated machine operators to join our night shift. You will operate Milling CNC machines, ensure quality and safety, and maintain records while meeting production goals.

Preferred candidates have CNC mill experience or a Machine Tool Technology degree, with strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Machine Tool Technology degree (completed or pursuing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products during the machining operation to determine if parts meet specifications.
• Follow all job work order instructions.
• Must be able to run more than one machine where cycle time permits.
• Complete all required shop floor documentation for the job including both part-dimensional and visual inspection.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Understand and comply with safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
