ARCH Minneapolis is seeking motivated CNC Mill Machine Operators for night shift. Responsibilities include operating CNC mills, ensuring part quality, and maintaining documentation. Some CNC experience or a related degree is preferred, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints. This is a full-time night shift role with competitive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.
• Preferred: Machine Tool Technology degree or pursuing.
• Experience operating CNC mill is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products during machining to meet specs and standards.
• Follow all work order instructions precisely.
• May run more than one machine where cycle time permits.
• Complete required shop floor documentation for the job and inspections.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping policies.
