Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience on mills/lathes/grinders.
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on CNC equipment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and machine documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment.
- Carry out unscheduled and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain 5S standards in maintenance areas and record activities.
- Document maintenance using JobBoss and other systems.
