Job summary

Tree Top Staffing LLC is hiring CNC Machinists for direct-hire, onsite roles in Oklahoma. Positions involve setup and operation of CNC mills/lathes (3–5 axis) on aerospace-grade components. You will read blueprints, GD&T, and perform precision inspections; use CMMs and other gauges.

Typical shifts include 2nd and weekend options with a 10% differential for eligible hours. We seek candidates with 3+ years of production experience, strong math skills, and a proven safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience in a production/precision setting.
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T with tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, including 3–5 axis equipment.
• Read drawings and perform in-process inspections with precision tools.
• Make program edits and tooling changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot tooling, setups, and part quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of setups and inspections.
