Qualifications

• No prior CNC experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic math, mechanical inclination, and willingness to read blueprints and use precision tools.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability; team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn to load materials, run CNC mills, monitor cycles, and unload parts safely.
• Inspect parts with calipers/micrometers to ensure tolerances meet blueprints.
• Deburr and finish parts using belt sanders and hand tools.
• Observe equipment and escalate issues as needed to maintain quality.
• Maintain production records and log daily shift results.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE and shop safety rules.
