Job summary

Griffin Industries Corp is seeking an entry-level CNC Machine Operator to learn CNC milling and precision measurement. You will work with experienced machinists to develop skills in setup, inspection, and shop safety on 2nd shift and weekend schedules.

No prior CNC experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a strong safety focus, with competitive hourly wages and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with on-the-job CNC training.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn blueprint reading and precision measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills under supervision and monitor cycles.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Deburr and finish parts to meet spec tolerances.
• Monitor equipment for anomalies and escalate as needed.
• Maintain shift logs with production and inspection data.
• Follow PPE and shop safety rules and keep area clean.
