Qualifications

• One year machine tool operation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines or CNC lathes in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and GD&T standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine specs.
• Select tooling and set appropriate feeds and speeds.
• Perform periodic quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Maintain safety and lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
