Job summary

Precision Medical Technologies, Incorporated is seeking a Production Machinist (Level 1) to operate and maintain precision machinery, producing medical components in a fast-paced environment.

You will read blueprints, run CNC and manual machines, perform routine maintenance, inspect parts, and document activities. You will collaborate with the team and adhere to safety protocols, with ongoing training to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational machining preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, ideally in medical devices or precision machining.
• Experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to manufacture medical components per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products and adjust machinery as required.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Document production activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in training to learn new machinery and techniques.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and provide support.
