You will read blueprints, perform routine maintenance, document production activities, and collaborate with the team to improve workflow while upholding safety and cleanliness in Rome City, Indiana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational machining program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, preferably medical device or precision machining.
• Experience operating and maintaining CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and production equipment to manufacture medical components per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products and adjust machinery to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Document production activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in training to learn new machinery and techniques.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and support technical challenges.
