Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or precision machining.
• Experience with operating and maintaining CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and other production equipment to manufacture medical components.
