• Experience operating CNC or manual machining equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Capable of first-piece inspection and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and run CNC or manual machines (Lathes/Mills/Swiss/Grinders) to produce precision parts.
• Process Adherence: Follow detailed work instructions and interpret blueprints to maintain efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts with gauges and document results per SOP.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Apply 5S and keep workspace organized and compliant.
• Safety Mindset: Enforce safety protocols within the team.
