Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 in some locations.
• Must meet at least one: Iowa registry, 75-hour CNA, EMT, or military medical training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire and every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide compassionate care.
• Support care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Contribute to holistic, patient‑centered care aligned with policy.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and comfort during shifts.
