Job summary

Waverly Heights in Gladwyne, PA, is seeking weekend Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. CNAs support residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, vital signs, and safety, delivering comfort and dignity in daily care.

Qualifications

Pennsylvania CNA certification is required.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Strong communication and empathy with residents.

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting to promote hygiene and comfort.
Assist residents with walking, transferring, and positioning to maintain mobility.
Assist at meals with eating and drinking per dietary requirements.
Measure and record vital signs and report concerns promptly to nursing.
Maintain accurate documentation of care and changes in condition.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Ensure a safe environment by following infection control protocols.
Interact with resident families and address concerns.
Stay updated with training and certifications to improve skills.
Advocate for residents and communicate needs with the care team.
Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
Perform other duties to support the healthcare department.
