CNAs support residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, respectful, home-like environment while upholding high standards of quality care.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania CNA Certification is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, ability to work well in a team, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote hygiene and comfort.
• Helping residents with walking, transferring, and positioning to maintain mobility.
• Assisting residents at meals with eating and drinking per dietary needs.
• Regularly measuring and recording vital signs and reporting concerns.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
• Providing emotional support and companionship and promoting social engagement.
