Responsibilities include daily resident care management, coordinating with families and medical staff, and maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. 40 hours/week with every-other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.
• Excellent customer service and patient-focused care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily care of residents in skilled nursing.
• Ensure delivery of quality services to meet resident expectations.
• Communicate with families, medical personnel and team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, records, MDS and reports.
• Follow procedures to ensure HIPAA, safety, and infection-control compliance.
• Advocate for residents' needs with the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop care plans.
• Follow all regulatory and confidentiality guidelines.
