Job summary

Spring Valley Health & Rehab in Wisconsin seeks compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on care to residents. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, and support care plans with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including activities of daily living.
• Measure and document vital signs and health data; report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with rehabilitative and restorative activities as directed by the care team.
