Job summary

Spring Valley Health & Rehab seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health data, and support the care team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care including activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, ambulation).
• Support clinical excellence by documenting vital signs and health data and reporting changes to licensed staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and follow infection control procedures.
