Complete Care Management is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Wisconsin facility. You will work under licensed nurses, provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, feeding, and mobility, and document care in the EHR.

The role emphasizes safety, compassion, and teamwork in a supportive post-acute setting. We offer weekend rotation every other weekend and a daily pay option so staff can access earned pay on demand.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Complete background checks, drug screenings, and health screenings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, physical stamina, attention to detail, and compassion are essential.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care, including assistance with ADLs and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain infection control and a clean resident environment.
• Document care activities in the EHR and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges per regulations.
