VMP Healthcare & Community Living in Wisconsin is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who bring warmth, compassion, and teamwork to our resident-centered care team.

We offer Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities with shifts from 6:00am to 2:30pm, 2:00pm to 10:30pm, and 10:00pm to 6:30am. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $22, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• WI Nurse Aid certification required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• The CNA powers: The Communication Pro — completes documentation with smooth efficiency, notices and reports changes like a sharp-eyed sidekick, keeps resident info protected, and communicates with kindness and clarity.
• The Care Champion — Delivers everyday care with skill and confidence, encourages resident independence, and guides fellow CNAs.
