Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC is seeking a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care to older adults in home settings. This role offers full- or part-time hours with expanded weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays, and flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, and documentation, all while maintaining client dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently in home environments and maintain client confidentiality.
• Must pass background and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and privacy.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide routine support including medications reminders, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement during weekend visits.
• Execute each client’s care plan accurately on weekend visits.
• Identify changes and promptly report to the ASQ care team.
• Complete clear, timely electronic shift notes after each visit.
