Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license required (in good standing).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic smartphone proficiency to access schedules and log shifts.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality.
• Pass required background and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Follow each client’s care plan during weekend visits.
• Document shift notes accurately after each visit.
