Requirements include active CNA certification, high school diploma, and strong communication skills. BLS/CPR certification preferred. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe environment, and keeping accurate resident records.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
• Follow state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care.
