Advocate Health in Georgia is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist for the Navicent Health Medical Center: Peach - Pharmacy. The role is PRN, primarily weekends, with some weekday/holiday coverage. Daily hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with holiday hours 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Georgia or eligible for reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and adherence.
• Review medication orders and ensure accurate dispensing and documentation.
