Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a Chef to prepare high quality dishes for residents and guests, with a schedule that includes every other weekend and a mix of early and evening shifts.

You will work under the Manager of Dining Services to plan menus, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met. Perks include holidays, benefits, and 401k.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course after employment is required.
• Knowledge of multiple cooking techniques and proper food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes using fresh ingredients for residents and guests.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations including cooking, serving and cleaning under supervision.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high quality service and timely meals.
• Uphold sanitation, nutrition, and documentation standards.
