MaineGeneral Medical Center is actively hiring an experienced RN to join Gray Birch as Weekend Charge Nurse. The role supports the Nurse Manager in daily operations and direct patient care in a long-term care setting.

The position is 16 hours per week on day shift (7a-3p, Sat/Sun). There is potential to add a second Staff RN code to increase weekly hours to 24 or 32. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this role.

Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
