Qualifications

• Current Maine RN license (or ability to obtain).

Your Role

RN/LPN Clinical Specialist As the RN/LPN Clinical Specialist at Gray Birch, you’ll play a key leadership role in elevating nursing practice, supporting staff development, and driving quality initiatives. You’ll serve as a clinical expert, educator, and resource for nursing staff—helping ensure safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

Compensation Information: $33.00 - $61.25 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
