Job summary

The Center at Tucson is hiring a weekend Charge Nurse RN to lead nursing staff and provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting. Weekend shifts with day hours are available; part-time or full-time options and potential weekday hours may occur based on staffing needs.

Requirements include an active RN license, FPCC, CPR, background check, and drug screen, with at least one year of RN experience. This role emphasizes supervision, patient safety, and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
• Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed RN.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Assist with admissions (i.e., inputting orders, taking report, etc.)
• Address questions and concerns from patients and patient families
• Assist with med pass and floor nursing as needed
• Audits as assigned by nursing management
