Job summary

The Center at Tucson is seeking a Weekend Charge Nurse RN to oversee nursing staff and provide direct patient care. Weekend shifts are required; part-time or full-time hours may be available with 10–12 hour shifts. Pay ranges from $38 to $46 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications include an active RN license, valid CPR certification, FPCC, and successful pre-employment background/drug test. Previous RN experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed RN.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Assist with admissions (i.e., inputting orders, taking report, etc.).
• Address questions and concerns from patients and patient families
• Assist with med pass and floor nursing as needed
• Audits as assigned by nursing management
